List all logged in users and logs off one of them uwing Terminal Services in Delphi

Not much of an article since I don't have time to write it, so here is the source code:

NOTE (taken from MSDN): To be able to log off another user's session, you need to have the Reset permission. For more information, see Terminal Services Permissions. To modify permissions on a session, use the Terminal Services Configuration administrative tool.
